Rascal's Info...

I am good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Rascal's Story...
Rascal is an adorable two year old, male, Terrier/Corgi mix. He weighs just 15 lbs., is housebroken, neutered, and up to date with shots. Rascal is good with other dogs, but is shy with people. He is not a lap dog, nor does like being put on a leash. He would do best in a home with a fenced in yard where he can go in and out on his own.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rascal, a Sylva Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Corgi for sale in Sylva, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Corgi dog from a breeder in Sylva.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sylva already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sylva breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Corgi breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sylva paves the way for another one to be saved.
