Buster's Story...
Hi my name is Buster and I am an adult male Brindle Pit bull (possible mix) I am currently chained up outside of a condemned and abandoned home. The neighbors are being so kind to feed me and give me water. I have probably never been given any treatment or love, as I am scared of people coming too close or within my comfort zone. I bark at people from a distance, but when you come closer I will run and cower until I get to know you. I have not shown agressive behaviour to my rescuers.

There are a few people trying very hard to find an organization to take me in and prepare me for my forever home. Please help!!! Rescue me! If Animal control get’s me, I will be euthanized! I urgently need a foster family who has experience with unsozilized dogs and can assist with the process of socializing. The people trying to find a home for me will re-imburse for all costs.

With me are also Scooby and Curley, please also read their story, thank you

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buster, a Nolensville American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Nolensville, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Nolensville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nolensville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nolensville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nolensville paves the way for another one to be saved.
