Sadie's Story...
Hi there! My name is Sadie and I was brought back from Rocky Point Mexico with my brother, Sergio, where we'd been abandoned. I am about 3 years old. During my time in Mexico, I had suffered a traumatic injury to my left tibia. It was somewhat healed, and surprisingly, somewhat straight, but I had a nasty infection that required me to have surgery. With love, care and antibiotics, it has healed nicely. I have no permanent damage such as a limp. I love to go on walks and get along with most everyone except other female dogs. I am a very loving and trusting companion despite everything I have been through. I am a little shy at first, but once I warm up, I'm your best buddy! I am a low energy and very docile cattle dog, but when you are ready for a walk, I'm always ready to go! When it is time to rest, you won't even know I am there! I am house-broken, crate-trained, love to go for car rides, I'm up-to-date on my shots, micro-chipped and ready for my new home. I would love a family to call my own. Is that you? Please contact New Hope Cattle Dog Rescue to meet me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sadie, a Phoenix Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
