Nico's Story...
Hi, there! I'm Nico, an adorable, happy, 4 1/2 year old, 13 pound chocolate pomeranian. I may be purebred, but don't have any papers. I am housbroken, get along with cats and other dogs, but I would prefer to be your one and only doggy or be the alpha dog if you have another. I walk well on a leash, enjoy car rides and love to cuddle. I am medium energy and require brushing, however, I don't need to be clipped, just bathed and brushed. I know "sit" and would love for you to teach me other tricks!
I am neutered, current on shots including bordetella, micro chipped and ready to go home with you! My adoption donation is $200. To find out more or to meet me in person, please email Diane@TARescue.com or call Tuffie's Animal Rescue at (925) 209-6480.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nico, a Phoenix Pomeranian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Pomeranian dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian breeders who help with Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
