Spock's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Spock's Story...
Spock was surrendered to Kiko along with Missy, another Miniature Schnauzer who is posted separately, due to unavoidable circumstances at home. Once they settled into their foster home, we could see that they are both great little dogs. Spock was born in June 2007 and is a bit smaller than Missy, who was born in June 2008. It would be nice if they could be adopted together into the same home but it is not a must. Both Spock and Missy are sociable and friendly, and love curling up on the sofa next to their people. Whether you have been looking for a dynamic duo or are just interested in one, drop us a line.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Spock, a Rigaud Schnauzer (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Miniature) for sale in Rigaud, or seeking a Schnauzer (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Rigaud.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rigaud already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rigaud breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Miniature) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rigaud paves the way for another one to be saved.
