Franny's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, and up to date with shots.

Franny's Story...
Franny is a happy, bubbly little fireball, a 4-5 year old 11 lb.chihuahua/pug mix. She is very outgoing, liking to be out with people and where the action is. Franny recently attended her first all-day adoption event, and was so excited she could hardly contain herself. By the end of the day her amazing battery ran down at last and she was glad to rest in a volunteer's arms.

Franny is active but also can be a lap dog.

Franny has a foxy red coat and lovely curled tail which is the object of much admiration. Before adoption she will have been spayed and had a dental cleaning.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Franny, a Castro Valley Pug/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Chihuahua for sale in Castro Valley, or seeking a Pug/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Castro Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Castro Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Castro Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Chihuahua breeders who help with Pug/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Castro Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
