My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Wubba and I am brand new to the Pet Rescue Center. I came from the Downey Shelter in Los Angeles where I was a favorite of staff and volunteers. I received a PERFECT score on my temperament test. I'm about 10 months old and weigh 55 pounds. Everyone says I look like part Basset Hound, but who knows. I love all people, kids, cats and especially other dogs! I also love riding in the car, getting baths, snuggling with you and giving kisses. I walk great on leash already and am a very smart doggie. You need to come meet me in person, you'll definitely fall in love with me.
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email us at adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match.
