found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.
While he's friendly with people and kids, he takes some time to warm up and trust. The more "alpha" his person, the quicker he warms up, as this gives him a sense of stability and leadership. I was kissing him on the face the day I brought him home from the shelter - he's not a fearful or aggressive, he's just aloof and skittish until he can trust you. Food definitely helps, lol.
Tucker is a young, goofy adolescent that doesn't know his own strength. As such, he wouldn't be appropriate with small children (ie: knock them over just by kissing them) and would do well in a home with a young, strong adult. The ideal home for Tucker would be an athletic single/couple who want a 4 legged furbaby. He would soak up all the love and attention you could offer, and he would return it tenfold. Whether it's talking to him, taking him for a jog, petting him, wrestling with him or just hugging and kissing him, Tucker gives the most wonderful doggie hugs, complete with wiggling upside down and burying his big head into your lap.
If you want the perfect adult companion, and a dog that will love you to the final beat of his heart, Tucker is your boy.
