Nikki's Story...
Hi my name is Nikki! I am a 4mth old female German Shepherd/mix. I am the best cuddler ever, love to give kisses too. I am a friendly gal, love to play with other dogs, kids and toys. Some big dogs scare me as I was attacked by one so introduce me slowly to larger puppy dogs. I am currently being fostered with two full grown German Shepherds. I walk well on leash, know my basic commands, house/crate trained. Nikki is one a very sweet dog, HNH rescued her from the Thousand Palms Shelter. She is spayed, current on shots and micro-chipped. Contact Lorna at Lorna@hopenheroes.com. Adoption/donation fee and home inspection required.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nikki, a Torrance German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Torrance, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Torrance.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Torrance already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Torrance breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Torrance paves the way for another one to be saved.
