Red's Story...
Hi my name is Red! I am a 6mth old male Aussie/German Shepherd mix. HNH saved me from a hoarding situation in San Bernardino and took me under there wings. I love to play with other dogs, enjoy walks and chew on rope toys. I am a little shy around new dogs at first but once introduced it's all play time. Red will need a family with a yard and will be good with long or short walks he loves to cuddle perfect partner to cuddle up on the sofa with. He is neutered, current on shots, micro-chipped and house/crate trained. He is located in Torrance, CA contact Lorna at Lorna@hopenheroes.com. Adoption/donation fee and home inspection required.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Red, a Torrance Australian Cattle Dog/German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Torrance, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog/German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Torrance.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Torrance already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Torrance breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Torrance paves the way for another one to be saved.
