My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Mandy. She is a 1 yr old female Shepherd/Retriever mix who came into the shelter as a stray. Mandy has the most expressive face. It’s as if she can communicate her feelings with just a look. Mandy also seems to be an affectionate girl but doesn’t have to be all over you to express her feelings. She is a lovely caramel color with defining white markings on her chest, the tips of her toes, and the end of her tail. Mandy seems to have a laid back, easy-going personality.

This baby is located at the Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303 (only one hour south of Charlotte, NC) or call (864) 583-4805 to inquire. This is a family friendly facility with an indoor visitation room as well as an outdoor play area. All the dogs are inside, with air conditioning, and have their own private kennel.

Mandy’s adoption fee is $85 which includes spay surgery, Rabies, Distemper/Parvo & Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccinations, HW testing (Mandy is HW negative), worming, a 24PetWatch microchip, a free follow-up wellness checkup at the shelter's clinic, as well as 1 month of free pet insurance with PetHealth Services, Inc.
