Teacup Sisters's Story...
These adorable teacup purebred Chihuahua sisters are so tiny! They weigh 18 ounces at ten weeks of age and are expected to be less than three pounds when full grown. Both parents are 2.5 pounds. One puppy is cream and the other is chocolate and cream in color. They play very well together and are very funny to watch. They also cuddle up together to sleep. Since they are too small to play with larger dogs, we are looking for a home for them together. That way they will always have one another for play and companionship. Studies show that dogs who have a playmate live longer happier lives. Adoption fee of $275 each includes spay surgery, shots, flea prevention, dewormer and first month of heartworm prevention. A seven day trial period is included as part of the adoption so you can make sure the pet is right for your family. Please call or email for more information. Be sure to include your phone number as well so a volunteer can reach you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Teacup Sisters, a Kingwood Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Kingwood, or seeking a Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Kingwood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kingwood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kingwood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kingwood paves the way for another one to be saved.
