Eliza Jane's Story...
WE REQUIRE AN APPLICATION ON FILE PRIOR TO MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO MEET OUR DOGS – OUR APPLIATION CAN BE FOUND AT www.lovebugsrescue.org

Brave Eliza Jane was rescued from the Carson Shelter just in time to have her puppies in a warm loving foster home. Sadly it was too late. Eliza contracted distemper during her stay in the shelter and none of her pups survived.

Now completely recovered and healthy, Eliza is looking forward to starting a new chapter in her life with a wonderful family she can call her very own. Eliza is a 1 year old, 12 pound, Dachshund-Terrier mix. She is crate and house trained in her foster home, gets along well with cats and dogs and her playful personality and sweet nature make her an ideal dog for a family with children.

Our adoption fee for Eliza Jane is $250 and includes her spay, microchip, vaccines, treatment for fleas & worms and best of all, lots of love and socialization in her foster home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Eliza Jane, a Irvine Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Irvine, or seeking a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Irvine.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Irvine already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Irvine breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Irvine paves the way for another one to be saved.
