Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Come and meet Rex and our other wonderful dogs at San Francisco's Pet Pride Day on Sunday,October 28th. 11 to 3 Sharon Meadows in Golden Gate Park
Seven month old Blake came to us a stray from Central CA. It’s clear that his previous home neglected him as this poor boy was afraid of everything! We think he spent his life in the backyard with little exposure to anything or anyone. Getting out and getting picked up by animal control was clearly a stroke of luck for this beautiful boy.
Blake has begun an intensive socialization course and he makes huge progress every day. He has greatly benefited from living with a group of confident, outgoing foster doxies. He has gone from being terrified of them to watching them carefully to now romping and wrestling with them. A consistent routine has also helped him gain confidence.
In his new home, Blake would benefit from having a confident canine sibling. If this canine sibling would play with him, even better! Daily outings to see new places and new people would also be helpful.
Blake is now crate trained. He is neutered, micro chipped and current on his vaccinations.
If you are interested in Blake, please fill out an adoption application at www.scdr.org and email Lindy at linla@comcast.net.
The tax deductible donation for Blake is $375
