Quinn's Story...
Quinn was saved on his last day at North Central Animal Shelter. He has already been neutered and has had cherry eye surgery.

A male buff and black Pug and smooth coated super chill Chihuahua, Quinn is as friendly as they come. A bit shy with other dogs, he has lap dog tendencies. Which is just fine… He only weighs 19 pounds. This 3 year-old has been at the shelter since 8/14. He loves to have his back scratched and wag his curly tail. Why don’t you give him a reason to wag it? Come get him today. All North Central animals come spayed/neutered, microchipped and current on all their shots (including rabies).

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Quinn, a Anaheim Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug for sale in Anaheim, or seeking a Pug dog from a breeder in Anaheim.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Anaheim already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Anaheim breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug breeders who help with Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Anaheim paves the way for another one to be saved.
