Dainty with a touch of prissiness is how you would describe one year old Phoebe. This little girl is full of character and super friendly. She is not your average Chihuahua, she is a playful princess who welcomes other friendly canines into her life and doesn’t mind sharing a human lap with one. Phoebe has mastered the art of snuggling into her human friends and is content nestled into your lap. She enjoys going out and meeting new people, and is affectionate with whomever she meets, showering them with kisses. Phoebe is delicate with a petite frame, weighing only 5 pounds; therefore, she would do best in a home with older conscientious children. She is looking for someone who is kind, loving and who is not afraid of commitment. Are you that one that can give Phoebe everything is needs and more?
