Puppies!'s Story...
Meet Breck, Dillon, Frisco, Estes and Telluride!

These cute pups will turned 8 weeks old on 10/8/12 and will be available to go home after they are neutered on 10/16/12. Applications are being accepted *now*, reserve your puppy today!

The puppies came to us as an owner surrender, Momma dog made friends with the neighbor dog... The pups are stayed with their mom until they were 8 weeks old and then were surrendered to the rescue and don't worry, we are making sure Momma gets spayed so this doesn't keep happening! Unfortunately the puppies came to us with a stomach bug (nothing too serious), so we delayed the neutering the males until 10/16/12.
Please note: The puppies are surrendered by a *Colorado* owner and were born and raised in Colorado.

The mother to the puppies is a boxer (black boxer) and golden retriever cross, the father was a blue heeler (Australian Cattle Dog). These dogs should be medium to large size dogs, smart and friendly. There are 3 males and 2 females. All of them are mostly black with some white except one female, she is black with some apricot brindle on her face and paws.

You can find our adoption application at Applications are considered in the order they are received.

Adoption fee is $250 each.

The males will all be neutered prior to going to their new homes. The females will be adopted under a spay contract stating she will be spayed within 90 days (this is for health reasons) and there will be an additional $100 spay deposit which is refundable after we receive proof her being spayed. If you are in the area, you have the option to bring her to our vet to be spayed and we will pay for the surgery AND give you back your $100 deposit.

All of the puppies will be microchipped and up to date on shots as well and come with 30 days of free pet health insurance and a coupon for half off of a one hour, in-home training session with a certified dog trainer ($20 value).

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Puppies!, a Greeley Boxer/Blue Heeler puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Blue Heeler for sale in Greeley, or seeking a Boxer/Blue Heeler puppy from a breeder in Greeley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Greeley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Greeley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Blue Heeler breeders who help with Boxer/Blue Heeler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Greeley paves the way for another one to be saved.
