Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Daisy is a 2.5 year old pit mix.She is full of energy and never seems to
tire. I have ran her for hours, had her swim for an equal amount of time,
handed her off to a friend to chase him as he went downhill mountain biking
and he reported that she ran up and down the trail twice before he got down
once. When she arrived home she was still jumping around and ready for more.
She does extremely well with other dogs, though she admires the
company of humans better. She would do well with a high energy family with
older children. She is strong minded and needs to be controlled when on
leash. In other words, she would drag a small child if they were to hold the
lead. She is a little mouthy during rough play, in she will put your hand in
her mouth, but she has never left a mark or hurt anyone.
She is also a jumper, I was never able to break her of it, not
always but sometimes if you lift something up out of her reach she will jump
up to get it, and she is not afraid to jump off you to reach heights up to
7-8 ft. She has never jumped over a fence, but has jump in and out of car
door windows and truck beds with the tailgate up. Once she even jumped out
of a truck while it was going 10 mph, luckily she only suffered minor
scratches, but a lead to prevent that from happening again has been used
ever since.
She is a beautiful girl who deserves a loving home with people who
can spend a lot of activity time with the in order to tire her out.
