Ralph's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Ralph's Story...
Ralph is a sweet guy who looks like a Basset Hound in Poodle clothing (perhaps part Dandi Dinmont Terrier), 2 years old and about 22 lbs. He was stuck at the shelter for a two whole months before we found and rescued him. He was so happy to finally come out of the kennel at the crowded shelter.

Ralph is a sweet, calm boy but he can also be quite determined to get your love and attention. He likes to walk and sit at your feet when you're at home. He seems to get along with other dogs and all people. He has a little separation anxiety but does well in a crate when you are not home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ralph, a Encino Poodle (Miniature)/Dandie Dinmont Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Miniature)/Dandie Dinmont Terrier for sale in Encino, or seeking a Poodle (Miniature)/Dandie Dinmont Terrier dog from a breeder in Encino.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Encino already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Encino breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Miniature)/Dandie Dinmont Terrier breeders who help with Poodle (Miniature)/Dandie Dinmont Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Encino paves the way for another one to be saved.
