Phillip is the sweetest kitty! He was surrendered to our shelter with six of his housemates when their owner could not take care of them anymore.

Phillip is a special needs kitty. He has cerebellar hypoplasia (neurological condition that affects balance) and mega colon.He takes daily medication for his megacolon and is doing much better.
