INTRODUCING CODY! Cody is a Goffins Cockatoo who came into rescue recently. He is young and intensely adores men. Woman are OK but this bird is man crazy! He came to us with a follicular condition that required a surgical procedure. The condition caused many of his feathers to grow into his skin. It became very painful and Cody instinctively pulled them all out. Although there is always a chance that it can reoccur it can be easily managed if you are aware of it. Our vet feels that he will recover quite a few feathers so he can become extremely handsome again, although his foster family loves him right now just the way he is!
