Page's Story...
Yeah yeah, we all know you can’t read a book by its cover (although my cover is pretty darn cute!). You gotta read each and every Page to get the real story. Well let me tell ya, my story is one of ups and downs… sure I am homeless, a sweet little lass found helpless and alone living on the streets, but sad tail is sure to have a happy ending. When you are as wonderful as I am there’s just no doubt that I’ll get all that I have hoped for. A loving family with other canine or feline companions, maybe even children to play with! A warm and cozy indoor home, a soft bed to sleep on, and a backyard to run and play in. Now that’s the type story book ending that I’m looking for! 1 year old-24lbs. My adoption fee is $200 and includes; spay, microchip, reduced cost training class, 1 month pet health insurance, free veterinary exam, leash/collar, toy & treat packet, food sample.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Page, a Portland Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen for sale in Portland, or seeking a Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen breeders who help with Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
