My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rosalita were surrendered to our rescue by her Owner. She and her son Joey had been banished to living in the backyard with two large breed dogs, all whom were running around unaltered, after the Owner’s Sister became pregnant and did not want the dogs in the house anymore. Rosalita was in heat, so it was a very dangerous situation, so we took her, and her 18 month old son Joey in to our rescue. Rosalita is around 4.5 years old and has been spayed, given a much needed dental, vaccinated and microchipped. She is very affectionate and loving and likes nothing more than to sit quietly on your lap for hours. She walks well on a leash and travels well in the car. Due to her size they are best placed in an adult home, or with older (14 years +) children. She would be ideal for a "shut in" as her exercise requirements are minimal and she is a minimal barker.
