Cher's Story...
Hi. This sweet girls name is Cher. Cher was rescued from a rural animal control facility with her young puppy, Chaz. Chaz found his forever home, and now miss Cher is looking for hers. Cher is currently in a foster home with other dogs. Cher is housetrained, spayed, and current on her vaccinations! She is such a sweet girl and easy going - she would do great in any home. This girl deserves a chance to know the love of a forever home. Is that you? Cher is doing great with her foster brothers and sisters. She also does not seem to be phased by cats. Cher does seem to be reactive to other dogs while on leash - but off leash she is not phased by them. This is a common behavior that can be worked on. Cher does fine with other dogs off leash with proper introductions! She is a sweet, loving and healthy girl that deserves the best forever home. Adopt her today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cher, a Atlanta American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Atlanta, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Atlanta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Atlanta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Atlanta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Atlanta paves the way for another one to be saved.
