Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ella is very precious to the FOR rescue family. She was rescued from a shelter because she was a Directors favorite. She was terrified in the noisy shelter and the Director asked FOR to help. A FOR foster parent took her home...and Ella slipped out the door almost immediately. She was so scared! Our volunteers worked for a week, searching for her, and she was finally found a half mile from her foster home. She was dirty, hungry, and scared - but okay! After a night of rest and a few good meals, Ella is doing super! She's friendly with other dogs, totally ignores cats, and happily trots around the house exploring. She stops by the food bowl often for a nugget or two. She's 7 lbs and is five to seven years old. She had pups shortly before being turned in to the shelter (along with one of her babies). Ella is the perfect example of why we work so hard for homeless animals. She deserves a better life. If you are interested in learning more about her, please email INFO@FORrescue.net. Ella is fostered in Huntsville, AL.
