Boreas's Story...
Boreas; the Greek god of the North Wind and the bringer of winter…also known as the 'Devouring One'… Sure, my name my elicit a cold and harsh facade , but I just really want to be loved! I want to Devour all the love and affection you have to offer, and give it right back like strong gust of wind! I just need someone to give me a chance to warm up to them and help me lose this frigid stigma. I do get along great with other dogs and kitty cats too. I wouldn’t mind sharing my life with gentle and respectful children either. I just hope to get the opportunity to blast your heart with my gusty love storm! 2 years old-13lbs. My adoption fee is $180 and includes; neuter, microchip, reduced cost Training Class, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & Treat packet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Boreas, a Portland Poodle (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Portland, or seeking a Poodle (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
