Brindy's Story...
Brindy is a very happy and fun little girl. She is still a little afraid of the big world around her but that doesn't stop her curiosity and her interest to explore it. She is still learning that car rides can be a good thing and that it is safer to be a passenger then to help drive. :) The perfect family for our sweet girl is one that is very active and is looking for a fun loving girl to accompany them on their daily adventures. Hiking, or long walks in the park are favorites of Brindy along with a nice lap to cuddle in. Brindy is always happy and makes friends where every she goes. Her fun personality and joy for life is contagious and will put a smile on your face. You can't help but be happy with this little girl by your side. Make your day better and give this sweet girl a family of her own today - www.azrescue.org.

Brindy weighed 22 pounds when we saved her from the kill list.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brindy, a Phoenix Whippet/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Whippet/Boxer for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Whippet/Boxer dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Whippet/Boxer breeders who help with Whippet/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
