Roary's Info...

Roary's Story...
Roary got his name cause or his cute little “roar”, which he rarely uses, unless he finds himself lost, and can’t figure out where you or his friends are. Roary absolutely loves to cuddle, and will quickly roll over onto his back for belly rubs. He is quite content to curl up on your lap for a snooze, and some love. He can be a bit mischievous, as any kitten can be, but you may not find many sweeter than Roary! Please visit http://www.poundrescue.com/adoptions/adoption-process to learn about the adoption process & fees, or to fill out an adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Roary, a Okotoks Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Okotoks, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Okotoks.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Okotoks already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Okotoks breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Okotoks paves the way for another one to be saved.
