Breeze's Story...
Breez is a Shelter Puppy Dog:
adoption date is 7-26-07 and can be put to sleep any time after the adoption date.

At our best guess Breeze is around 2 to 3 years old, is Large in size, walks on a leash, sits when asked, she appears to be a very sweet & loving young lady, very alert, pretty well mannered, playful, active and is a special girl that is in need of a family to love. I gave a little test by looking in Breeze's mouth, pulling on her ears and tail, holding her paw and giving her a little kiss and hug. Breeze appeared to past the test with no problems, she wanted to play and I think was trying to tell me that her kennel just didn't have enough room for her to move around like she wished it did, a happy young lady she is.. Like all of our dogs, we suggest a well fenced yard for Breeze to play and be safe in. We feel she may make an OUTSTANDING ACTIVE FUN LOVING companion and family member for someone. If you wish, Breeze can be tested around Cats & Dogs here at the shelter.

Act quickly to adopt Breeze. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Breeze, a Grass Valley Labrador Retriever/Catahoula Leopard Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Catahoula Leopard Dog for sale in Grass Valley, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Catahoula Leopard Dog dog from a breeder in Grass Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grass Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grass Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Catahoula Leopard Dog breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Catahoula Leopard Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grass Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
