Baby Kitty's Story...
This poor lil baby was found by the SERVICE ROAD in Denton. It's cries were so loud, a passer by heard it while stopped at a red light. Human cruelty never ceases to astound me! This baby was dumped by a busy intersection on a service road! REALLY??!! Ok, well, he is safe now and cute as a button! Pictures aren't that great cuz he was playing like crazy! lol.. ! Apparently he isn't weaned yet, but would take soft food from my hand. Loves to cuddle ((probably cuz he misses his mom and siblings!)) and be held close. He is adorable with his 4 white paws and chest. And the cutest of all is his SPECKLED belly! Yep.. little leopard spots all over his little tummy. Will try to get a shot of his underside soon. :) Yes, I know AWOL is a pitty rescue, but how could I say no??! He is the cutest lil baby ever! Please email for more info on this little baby. karla@awolrescue.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Baby Kitty, a DFW Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in DFW, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in DFW.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in DFW already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a DFW breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in DFW paves the way for another one to be saved.
