Hammy's Story...
Adorable, and so sweet! Hammy is about 10 months old, and at 30 lbs, is pretty much fully grown. He resembles no breed that I know of, bt is a low-riding, longbodied fellow with one solid black ear, and one covered with spots. He also has a black spot at the base of his tail, as if his "assembly instructions" included the words "attach tail here." Hammy is very playful, and loves toys. One of his favorite hobbies is basking in the sun with his hind legs stretched out behind him. He gets along very well with other dogs, and would probably be fine with children. This is a unique and affectionate dog who would fit well into just about any household.

Hammy's adoption fee is $150, and includes up to date vaccines, current heartworm prevention, neuter, and microchip. To arrange a time to meet Hammy, please email reinashouse@yahoo.com, or call 336-552-9885.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hammy, a Eden Corgi/Dalmatian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi/Dalmatian for sale in Eden, or seeking a Corgi/Dalmatian dog from a breeder in Eden.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Eden already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Eden breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi/Dalmatian breeders who help with Corgi/Dalmatian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Eden paves the way for another one to be saved.
