Movie star Coo's Story...
This sweet fuzzy boy was surrendered to the shelter by his family because they could no longer care for him. Poor Coo took the loss of his family very hard and was terrified all alone in the noisy shelter. He is currently recovering with his foster family and enjoys the TLC he is getting. Coo is up to date with his shots, neutered and heartworm negative. He is around 2 years old and weighs around 40lbs. He is looking for his forever family that will love him forever.

It is our policy not to place our dogs into homes with young children since we don't have foster homes with young children to evaluate the dogs. The adoption begins with the adoption application: we do not have the manpower to respond to detailed inquiries before we receive the application. Our adoption procedures are described on the home page, please read them carefully. A donation of $275 is required at the time of adoption. If you can offer our sweetie Coo a loving forever home, please submit an on-line application by

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Movie star Coo, a Baltimore Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Baltimore, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Baltimore.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Baltimore already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Baltimore breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Baltimore paves the way for another one to be saved.
