Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lucy was rescued from a high kill shelter just before her time was up. She is in a foster home with foster doggie brothers and a sister. Lucy does very well with her foster siblings. She is a true lap dog and follows you around waiting for an opportunity to sit on your lap and share her love with you. Lucy is house, crate and leash trained and LOVES to ride in the car. She eats with her foster siblings and there is no sign of food aggression. Lucy is a wire haired dachshund, probably pure breed, weighing about 15 pounds. Her fur is longer than regular doxies and has a soft but wirey texture. There has been no sign of shedding in this little girl's coat. The home that adopts Lucy will be getting a little love bug and she will bring much joy your way.
