update 2/21/16-Carabella is a 12 year old sweetie pie. She is a puppymill survivor and comes with some fear issues. She knows the routine here now and is trying hard on potty training. She requires a fenced yard due to her fear issues and a no child home. She has significant spinal disk issues and would do best as an only dog. I monitor her jumping etc due to her back issues. She does well with other dogs but due to her being fragile, a home to herself would be best. Otherwise she is a healthy little girl with wild fairy hair. She has beautiful long eye lashes and really is very pretty!

Carabelle Angelina is a Jack a Poo Poo. Jack Russell/Poodle Mix. She is about 12 pounds and cute as a button. She has a lot of emotional baggage from her life in a puppy mill. She is about 10 years old. She can be a fear bitter but she is not mean. She has wild hair and could be related to Phyllis Diller:)) She has learned to use the dog door and will often potty outside. She does have a hint of seperation anxiety and does have an accident in her crate daily still. She is too fearful to walk on a leash at this point and needs a secure fenced yard. No children and a quiet home with reasonable expectations for this damaged dog is a must. If interested in Carabella, go to www.hubbardshounds.com and submit an application. NO PHONE CALLS!

Adoption donation is $150.00

About Hubbards Hounds Dog Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

The rescue was started in 2008 and we are dedicated to providing shelter dogs, puppy mill dogs, and owner turn-ins a second chance at a good life. Director Susan Hubbard will do everything possible to ensure the care of a dog. I own 3 rescue dogs and a rescued cat, all adopted from rescues or shelters. Every dog is important and the right home is out there for all of them! "Saving one dog at a time"

Come Meet Our Pets...

We don't have a kennel, meeting a dog can be arranged by appointment once an application has been submitted and approved.

Our Adoption Process...

This rescue group does have a contract and donation requirement to adopt a dog. This helps us to ensure the dogs safety for the remainder of his/her life and to continue to rescue dogs in need to rehome them. An applicaton must be filled out on our website www.hubbardshounds.com, references checked, an interview done and a home visit check.
