My Story

Cougar is a neutered orange tabby male born June 2011. I am very playful and confident. I like to be petted and tend to purr as soon as someone pays attention to me. I play a bit rough with hands and sock covered feet. My favorite toys are balls, furry mice and the stick with feathers on it. I am comfortable around other cats and some dogs. Not too sure about children yet...

Adoption Process

Before adoption, all of our cats/kittens are Felv/Fiv tested, spayed/neutered, microchiped, vaccinated , dewormed and treated for fleas. We have a questionnaire to complete first, then a contract if a good match is found.

About the Rescue GroupLearn More

We are a rescue group formed in 2007. Our primary purpose is trap/neuter/release in feral colonies. After the surgeries, we find that some cats are not feral. We keep those cats and kittens found before the age of 8 weeks at our foster homes. We will also take in other cats from different situations as we have room.

Our mission is to spay and neuter as many animals as possible by providing low cost spay and neuter programs. Educate people about animal over population and the benefits of spaying and neutering.
Advocate in favor of non-lethal methods for the reduction of feral cat populations. Rescue animals in peril and provide them with veterinary and foster care until they are adopted into loving homes.
