Betty's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, declawed, good with kids, and good with cats.

Betty's Story...
Betty is a two year old, gray and white kitty. Prior to being surrendered by her owners, she was given a lion-cut for the warm summer months so her coat will grow out in length. Like many of our cats, her owners decided to move and did not make arrangements for Betty to come along so she is looking for a permanent place to call home. She is very affectionate, good with other kitties and also frontal declawed. Although she is really adoptable, she does not care for cages so she will never have an opportunity to go to our adoption outreach center in petsmart or any of our events. It will be up to you to visit Betty at our shelter where she lives comfortably in a spacious room until the day she goes home for good!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Betty, a Ft. Pierce Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Ft. Pierce, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Ft. Pierce.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ft. Pierce already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ft. Pierce breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ft. Pierce paves the way for another one to be saved.
