My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"Tennis Ball, did I hear someone say Tennis Ball? Well, I'm on it if that is the case. Boy, oh Boy, life is good. You see, when I was in the shelter, I thought there was no hope at all for me but the shelter director contacted GREAT Rescue and said they had a really special girl -would they please come and look? Well, of course, I was so excited but also knew I didn't look much like a Golden Retriever so was also kind of nervous that I'd be overlooked. Well, the Rescue lady took one look and saw that I was a sweet girl and knew that I had no chance of getting adopted in that rural shelter so she made me an "honorary Golden Retriever" so I could go into GREAT Rescue!!

Now, I'm living in a home with another Golden, a cat and two smaller dogs which kind of annoy me and a wonderful two legged family. I'm not too crazy about the small dogs but I sure do love my people. I love to run with my foster Mom, play fetch and just snuggle with the family. I ride really well in the car, don't counter surf or sleep on the sofa and I don't bark or dig!! I am also heartworm negative, spayed, current on all vaccinations and am four years old.
