Frank Sinatra's Story...
I’m Frank Sinatra, old blue eyes. My coloring is just as adorable as my eyes – mostly white with orange spots. My feral mom abandoned me and my sister Tiger outside in a yard – I guess our feral mom was ready to move on and figured we were big enough to care for ourselves, but that wasn’t the case. When my rescuer found me, I was soaking wet, underweight, covered in fleas, and very scared. Now I’m living inside, I’m flea-free, and I’m a chunky monkey. I also love people – I’ll come right up to you and crawl up to take a nap on your lap. Want to cuddle with me? I’m ready to find a forever home. I’m not an official FOHA kitten, but FOHA is helping my rescuer, Samantha, find us a new home.

If you’re interested in meeting me (oh, and my sister), contact Samantha at scmuncy@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Frank Sinatra, a Aldie Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Aldie, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Aldie.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Aldie already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Aldie breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Aldie paves the way for another one to be saved.
