Michalina aka Maddie's Story...
Maddie is a 2 year old orange tabby cat and probably the sweetest little girl you ever will meet. Her owner dumped her out on the street were one of our volunteers found her alone, very confused and yearning for affection. Maddie loves affection and returns it tenfold. This young lady is constantly purring and loves to nuzzle into your neck when you hold her...in fact she loves to be held. She would do best as a single cat. Maddie is looking for a second chance and someone who can give her the life she deserves. She has been spayed, is current with distemper and rabies vaccinations, is wormed, will be micro-chipped, is litter trained and is FIV/FeLV negative.

Check out the video of Maddie she is such a love!!!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Michalina aka Maddie, a bloomfield Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in bloomfield, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in bloomfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in bloomfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a bloomfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in bloomfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
