Hi, I'm Yahtzee and I'm a great dog for the right family. I was adopted from here and because I am 8 years old, everyone thought that I was pretty laid back and mellow. Actually, I am very young at heart and really don't act my age. I love to be with people and have an exuberance for life. I love to go for walks and having some activity in my life would be good for me. I will need training because I don't know proper canine manners even though I've been around the block as they say. But if you invest time in training me, I will reward you with everlasting love and devotion. Don't you think I'm a cutie-pie? The volunteers do. So check me out and if you think we might be a good match, ask to spend some one-on-one time with me.

This great dog is waiting patiently at the San Jose Animal Care Center (www.sanjoseanimals.com). The shelter is open 11am to 7pm Tuesday thru Saturday, Sunday 11am to 5pm (closed Mondays).

A nice grooming and he will look spiffy
he may be much younger than 8 yrs does not even look it at all
