My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Is a Bichon that is about 15 pounds, and 11 years old. He lived in a puppy mill most of his life. He is afraid of people, loves other dogs and is a work in progress. He now LOVES the outside and uses the dog door to the fenced yard. He is doing better with potty training but not perfect yet. He is sweet but fearful and will not independently come to you. He is not leashed trained due to fear issues at this point and needs a fenced yard. A quiet home with kind people that are willing to work with him on his issues is a must.
