Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Iris is a beautiful brindle rare in color chihuahua doxie mix she weighs about 7 lbs and is about 2 yrs old. Super sweet loves everyone she meets. She has a very sad story she was adopted out a few weeks ago at a mobile adoptions that they shelter have on the weekends. Like most shelter dogs sometimes they come down with kennel cough which is easily treatable with antibiotics and in a few short days it goes away. So instead of wanting to treat the kennel cough they asked their vet to put her to sleep. So one of our volunteers was contacted and the vet said these people want to put this healthy little dog to sleep because of kennel cough will you take this dog into your rescue and help save her life. We did and now she is all better and ready for her forever home. She is updated on all her shots, microchipped and spayed.
