Niko was given to the BTCD from a humane shelter that wanted BTCD to find NIKO a great forever home. He was found in a yard covered with fleas and starved by his former owner. The humane shelter rescue Niko had him neutered, provided medical care then they feed him well. Niko is would need to be watch for food aggressive behavior due to being starved for so long but this may be in his past since we are not seeing any signs so far. Niko is a happy 2.5 yr old boy that can hucklebuck and clown all over. He is up to date on shots, house, lead and crate trained. Niko is very gentle with young children, he just wanted to hang out and play with them. Niko can learn most any trick you want to try to teach him... he already knows sit, sit pretty, kiss on your cheek, touch, laydown and can fetch for hours. He is has been great with most of all the bullies that have been through the rescue program ... he can play with the big boys or hang out with the soft girls. Niko has been a great buddy and friend to rescue bully, Ms Gracie. He has help her get over being shy with other bullies and people.
