Lil Deer (Belle's Kitten)'s Story...
Lil Deer is one of 3 kittens rescued with his mom, he is a shy kitty. Mom and babies had almost died from starvation. Momma Belle weighed only 4 pounds. She was skin and bones. We got them immediate vet care, started deworming and high nutrition diet on all of them. After weeks of frequent feedings they started to respond very well. These cats were so grateful someone save them and their mom, they show love all the time. See his brother Mini Me and his mom Belle on this site.

They have been dewormed, neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped. Momma Belle tested negative for Aids/Leuk.

These kittens were rescued when they were 7 weeks old with their mom and have been waiting a long time for a home. They are now part of the lonely hearts club.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lil Deer (Belle's Kitten), a Medford Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Medford, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Medford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Medford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Medford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Medford paves the way for another one to be saved.
