Princess--adopted!!'s Story...
This 5 year old black and tan dobergirl is Princess. She is an owner surrender due to her dad getting married and new wife not wanting her. She was surrendered to an all-breed rescue to keep her out of a shelter, where she was fine with other dogs and cats. She likes people but is very cautious around strangers coming into her home. Princess has definitely been treated like one so far in life when it comes to food. She is highly food motivated and has apparently been given lots of motivation over the years, judging by her size. She is now on the dober-diet and getting back to her girlish figure.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Princess--adopted!!, a New Richmond Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in New Richmond, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in New Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
