Brandi's Story...
18 month old Female Tortie Seal Point Himalayan

Hi!! I’m Brandi (formerly Anastasia), a pretty 18 month old seal torti point Himalayan with beautiful misty blue eyes. My foster Dad says I’m the purrfect kitty. I’m a wonderful companion who loves people and I’m just as sweet, cute, and loveable as a kitty can be. Snuggling, getting petted, tummy rubs, and sleeping on the bed at night really do it for me. I’m a very happy kitty who purrs a lot and makes biscuits on my foster Mom. I follow my foster parents around the house and will lie down beside them when they stop. I love to play with all kinds of toys but balls and the feather wand are my favorites. Fresh catnip is my favorite herb and tuna is my favorite food. I enjoy sitting in the window sill and watching the outside activities. I think I would prefer to be an only kitty so I can have all the love and attention. I am very healthy, happy, and always use the litter box. I like the kitty showers my foster Mom gives me with the shower massage. I am spayed and up to date with my shots. I am fostered in the Fair Oaks area of Sacramento.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brandi, a Davis Himalayan cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Himalayan for sale in Davis, or seeking a Himalayan cat from a breeder in Davis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Davis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Davis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Himalayan breeders who help with Himalayan rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Davis paves the way for another one to be saved.
