Troy's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Troy's Story...
I was found roaming the busy streets of Columbus, Ohio, and taken to the Franklin County Animal Shelter. When my stray time was up the shelter called Harlequin Haven to come for me.

I was adopted in 2010 and now I have returned to the Rescue along with my adopted brother Willi Moe. I was extremely overweight when I returned and have been on a strict diet. I have lost about 10 pounds so far. I still have more weight to lose but with exercise and proper diet I am finally getting there!

I am a very loving and affectionate boy with a lot of energy and want a home that will love me and be there for me, just as I will for them.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Troy, a Bethel Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in Bethel, or seeking a Great Dane dog from a breeder in Bethel.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bethel already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bethel breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bethel paves the way for another one to be saved.
