My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Becca and I am a vibrant 7 year old, tricolor, Sheltie girl who loves life. My favorite things are being outdoors, taking long walks, enjoying car rides and being with my humans. I am such a happy girl that my tail has a unique dance of its own. I am bashful at first; but once you get into my heart, I will follow you to the ends of the earth.

I was recently spayed, am up to date on shots and have sensitive skin that recently recovered from my flea allergy. I will need a family who will keep an eye on this issue, however; I am a smaller Sheltie (20 lbs) who fits nicely in the kitchen sink for my medicated baths.

My forever home will help me learn to how to play with other dogs, share my space and beds and take me places for socialization. I am okay with teenage children or older. Mostly I just want a safe and secure forever home that will understand me and enjoy spending time together.

Becca is in Orange County. Adopters from Southern California are especially encouraged to apply. To sponsor her, please make a donation on our website or email us for more information. To apply for adoption, please fill out our online application so the appropriate volunteer can get back to you.
