My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mandy is a beautiful yellow purebred girl who ended up in a high kill shelter with a very bleak future ahead of her. One of Lucky Labs’ volunteers spotted her and things only got better for Mandy from there. She is 4 years old and a little on the heavy side weighing about 80 lbs. Mandy is in a great foster home with children and other canine friends now. She is an amazing girl, always happy and wagging her tail constantly. Mandy loves to play with the other dogs and gets along great with them all. She does wonderfully with her foster family’s 2 cats and really doesn’t pay them much attention. Her very favorite thing though is to snuggle with her foster family’s daughter. They are the best of pals. She is a very special girl, not to mention very pretty, very sweet and very much a love to everyone. Mandy would make a wonderful companion for any family from the young family with children, to an older couple, empty nesters or a single person. She would love to snuggle in front of the TV or fire, or go for long walks, or just hang out and be your best buddy. Mandy would love nothing more than to have a family of her very own.
Mandy is spayed, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations including rabies and micro-chipped. She is also on flea and tick preventative and heartworm preventative.
