Okelani's Story...
Hi! My name is Okelani!

How could anyone toss this beautiful face away? Okelani and her sister were both found stranded at the side of I-95 near danger with cars rushing past in traffic. Luckily a wonderful angel found them and took them in and brought them to us for love and care and to find them a good home and a chance of happiness. Okelani is about 6 weeks old (as of 11/1/12) boxer mix, who wants that forever home to grow up in. Could that home be yours? :)

Our adoption fee for puppy dogs is $300, which includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, heartworm testing, deworming, microchip, FREE vet visit, discounted grooming, discounted training, and free boarding at our facility (as space permits)!

Shelter location: 550 Industrial Way, Suite D, Boynton Beach ~ Take Gateway Blvd west from I-95. Take a right at the first stoplight which is High Ridge Road. Take a right on Industrial Way and we are at the end of the street. :) You can come any day Wednesday-Sunday from 2-6 p.m. to meet our adoptables!

If you are interested in adopting Okelani, please fill out the pre-adoption screening form at http://warmheartspetrescue.wufoo.com/forms/warm-hearts-dog-adoption-application/ If you have any questions about this dog, please email us at info [at] iheartpets.org. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Okelani, a Boynton Beach Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Boynton Beach, or seeking a Boxer puppy from a breeder in Boynton Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Boynton Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Boynton Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Boynton Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
